For organisations

Corporate fitness that people actually attend

On-site sessions, class series and workshops for offices, startups, apartment communities and institutions across south Bengaluru — built around a fixed slot in the calendar rather than good intentions.

What we actually run

Corporate wellness has a reputation for being a poster in a lift and a subsidised gym nobody uses. The programmes that work are the ones with a fixed time in the calendar, a coach who turns up, and a format people can do in the clothes they came to work in.

  • Scheduled group sessions — yoga, mobility or conditioning, at your site or ours
  • Desk-worker mobility workshops, aimed squarely at necks, shoulders and hips
  • Fitness assessments, so people have a baseline rather than a vague intention
  • Nutrition workshops built around canteen and home food, not meal-prep fantasies
  • Employee fitness challenges with a defined start, end and scoring

Apartments and residential communities

Residential associations in south Bengaluru are often sitting on a clubhouse or terrace that gets used for storage. A regular class in that space, at a time that suits residents, tends to fill faster than a corporate programme does — the commute is a lift ride, which removes the single biggest reason people stop attending anything.

What we need from you to quote

  1. Roughly how many people, and how many you expect to actually attend
  2. Where — your site or ours, and what space is available if it is yours
  3. How often, and over what period
  4. What you are hoping changes as a result

Questions

What organisations ask

What size group does this work for?
Anything from a ten-person startup to an apartment block with a few hundred residents. The format changes with the number — small groups get coached sessions, larger ones usually work better as a scheduled class series.
Do you come to us, or do we come to you?
Either. On-site works when there is usable space — a terrace, a clubhouse, a cleared meeting room. Otherwise sessions run at the Banashankari centre, which suits organisations nearby.
How is this priced?
Per engagement, because the variables are the group size, the frequency and whether we travel. Tell us those three and you will get a written proposal rather than a range that turns out not to apply.
Can you run a one-off session rather than a programme?
Yes — a single workshop or assessment day is a common starting point, and it is a reasonable way to find out whether your people will actually turn up before committing to a series.

Request a corporate fitness proposal

Send us the group size, the location and how often you want to run it. You will get a written proposal with a scope and a number, not a brochure.
