This policy covers 360degreefitness.in, operated by 360 Degree Fitness at 17/18, 30th Main Road, 7th Cross Rd, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru 560085.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optionally your email, and the answers you give about your goal and preferred timing. Along with each submission we record the page you sent it from, the referring site, any campaign parameters in the URL, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string.

We also record when someone taps one of the buttons on this site — WhatsApp, the phone number, or directions to the centre. What is stored is the button, the page it was on, the site you arrived from, any campaign parameters in the URL, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. Nothing you type is involved, and nothing links these taps to you by name.

We do not use tracking pixels from advertising networks, we do not set cookies, and we make no attempt to build a profile of you or to identify you across other websites.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about the enquiry you submitted — nothing else.
• To know which pages and campaigns produce enquiries, so we can stop paying for the ones that do not.
• To count how often people reach out by tapping WhatsApp or the phone number. Those taps leave this site immediately, so without this we would have no idea whether the site is working.
• To detect and reject automated spam submissions.

What we never do

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with other gyms, supplement sellers, lead brokers or any third party for their own marketing. We do not add you to a bulk marketing list because you asked about a trial.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, and a notification copy is sent by email to the business. Access is limited to the people who need to respond to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier, then deleted. Button-tap records are kept for 120 days and then deleted automatically. If you become a member, your membership records are governed separately by the agreement you sign at the centre.

Analytics

The button-tap counting described above is our own, running on our own infrastructure in Mumbai. Nothing about it is shared with a third party.

If Google Analytics 4 is additionally enabled on this site it records anonymised usage — pages viewed, buttons tapped, approximate location by city. It is loaded after the page has rendered and never receives your name, phone number or the contents of a form.

Having your details removed

Write to hello@360degreefitness.in or call +91 80735 34705 and ask. We will delete your enquiry record and confirm once it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to enquiries already submitted.
