Information on this site

Programme descriptions, class formats, facilities and timings are described as accurately as we can, but they change. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Confirm anything you are relying on — a specific class time, a price, the availability of a particular coach — with the centre before you act on it.

Pricing

Where prices appear they are indicative ranges carrying the date they were last confirmed. The amount payable is the amount quoted to you at the centre and set out on your receipt. An out-of-date figure on this page does not bind either of us.

Health and safety

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Exercise carries risk, particularly if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or are taking medication that affects heart rate, balance or blood pressure. Consult a doctor before starting a new programme, and tell your coach about anything relevant before you train.

Nutrition guidance offered here is general fitness nutrition, not clinical dietetics, and is not a substitute for treatment by a doctor or a registered dietitian.

Results

We make no guarantee about outcomes. Results depend on how consistently you train, what you eat, how you sleep, your starting point and factors outside anyone’s control. Any member story published on this site is that individual’s experience and is not a claim about what you will achieve.

Enquiries

Submitting a form asks us to contact you; it does not reserve a place, book a session or create a membership. A trial or class is confirmed only when we have confirmed it to you directly.

The text, photographs, layout and brand marks on this site belong to the business and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs of members are published only with their written consent.
