Weight Training & Gym Floor in Banashankari
The gym floor is the core of the centre: barbells, dumbbells, racks and resistance machines, with trainers on the floor rather than behind a desk. Whether you are here to build muscle, get stronger or simply train consistently, this is where most of it happens.

What to expect
A session, start to finish
- Open floor access during all opening hours
- Free weights, racks and resistance machines
- A trainer on the floor to check technique and answer questions
- A starting programme if you want one — ask at reception
What is on the floor
Barbells and plates, adjustable benches, dumbbells across a usable range, squat and pull-up stations, and resistance machines for the movements that are easier to load safely on a machine than under a bar. The layout leaves room to actually perform a set without negotiating for space, which matters more than the equipment list does.
If you have never lifted before
Start with the trial session and ask for a floor induction. Someone will walk you through the equipment, show you how to set up the three or four movements you will use most, and write down a first programme. Most people are training independently within two weeks; the ones who are not usually benefit from a short block of personal training first.
Training on your own versus with a coach
Membership gets you the floor and the trainers who are on it. That is enough for most people. If you want a plan written specifically for you and someone accountable for it, that is personal training — a different thing, priced separately, and not something you need in order to start.

What a gym costs in Bengaluru
Almost every gym in this city quotes a price only after it has your phone number. This is the honest version: what the bands actually are, what moves a price within them, and the costs that are never in the number you are first quoted.

Starting again after a break
Coming back after months or years off is a different problem from starting for the first time — you remember what you used to lift, and that memory is the single most reliable way to get hurt in week one.

Strength training after 40
The advice most people over forty are given — walk more, take it easy, protect your joints — gets the priority backwards. Strength is the thing that protects the joints, and it is the capacity that declines fastest if nobody trains it.
