Train
Strength & Conditioning Training in Banashankari
Structured barbell strength work paired with conditioning — squats, presses, pulls and Olympic lifts, programmed properly and coached in a small group. This is the athletic end of what we do, and it is the most technical.

What to expect
A session, start to finish
- A specific warm-up built around the day’s lifts, not a generic one
- A strength piece — one main lift, worked at prescribed intensity
- Accessory work targeting the positions that limit the main lift
- A short conditioning finisher, scaled to the individual
What makes this different from a regular gym session
Programming and coaching. You are not choosing what to do that day — the session is written, it fits into a block with an intended direction, and a coach is watching your positions under load. The Olympic lifts in particular are unforgiving of self-teaching; the clean and the snatch reward coaching more than almost anything else in a gym.
Who it is not for
If you have never trained before, start on the gym floor or with personal training and come to this in a few months. The movements here are demanding enough that learning them while also learning to train is a poor trade — you will progress faster by arriving with a base.
