Eat Better

Nutrition Coaching in Banashankari

A consultation, an honest look at how you currently eat, and a small number of changes you can actually sustain. We are not going to hand you a chart of foods you do not like and call it a plan.

What to expect

A session, start to finish

  1. A consultation covering what you eat, when, and what your day is actually like
  2. Targets set around protein, portions and meal timing rather than banned foods
  3. Guidance built around Indian home cooking, not imported meal templates
  4. Review sessions to adjust as your training and your schedule change

Why diet charts fail

A chart assumes you will restructure your life around it. Most people manage about three weeks, and then revert — with the added conviction that they lack discipline, which was never the problem. The changes that hold are the ones that survive a wedding, a work trip and a bad week.

What we actually work on

Usually protein first, because almost everyone training is short on it and it is the change with the most visible return. Then portions, then timing around training, then the specific handful of habits that are quietly costing you. Food you grew up eating stays; it is generally a matter of proportion rather than replacement.

Questions

Nutrition coaching — common questions

Will I have to give up rice?
No. Rice is not the reason anyone is not getting results — total intake and protein almost always are. The rice usually stays and the plate around it changes.
Do you provide supplements?
We will tell you which supplements have evidence behind them and which do not, which is a shorter list than the industry suggests. Nothing in the plan depends on buying anything from us.
I am vegetarian. Can I still hit protein targets?
Yes, and it is one of the most common things we work on. It takes more deliberate planning around dals, dairy, soy and paneer, but it is entirely achievable.
